All the folks at BJ's are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Their work is accurate, precise and efficient. I put a lot of miles on my car and I trust them to keep it in tip top running condition. I highly recommend them!

I don’t know how I can even leave a half a star for this company! Absolutely do not take your car here if you treasure it at all! We took it here for one thing and after they told us it was fine and they did a test drive. We drove at 1/2 block and it started making a terrible noise. We took it right back to them and they say oh it was something else and they fixed that problem and just drove it and said it was fine. Then we drove it off the lot again another block and it made a different sound. We called them and took it back again and they told it it was yet another problem now to start with, they did a complete vehicle inspection which cost $250 and said there was only one minor problem with the brakes that needed fixed and nothing else was wrong. We end up paying over $2000 extra for problems that weren’t even discovered at the first. They work on it and make other things come up so you have to keep taking it back. We have since taken it to a jeep dealer, and they said that these other problems absolutely did not need to be fixed, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the jeep!

Awesome service! Had a 60,000 mile transmission service and the car drives as though brand new...reasonable with their estimate and very timely service, kind and courteous.

They find a workable solution

While I remain unconvinced that having a five-page printout with photos of all of my car’s various parts is critically important, I AM convinced that Sara and BJ’s know what they’re doing, they do it well, and they inspire confidence in this happy customer. One might be able to find a less expensive place for car repairs, but one would be hard pressed to find a repair shop that focuses on details that ensure my car will run forever (or, almost forever). Unconvinced? Give ‘em a chance to convince you otherwise!
